Online Auction Terms and Conditions

All items are sold as is and are described to the best of the ability of the staff and management. If you have questions about conditions or descriptions you are responsible for contacting the management prior to the closing date and prior to bidding. Caveat Emptor. Items can be seen in person by appointment, and at events where the items will be displayed prior to the auction.

We accept cash, checks and money orders. A 4% surcharge will apply to all Credit card charges. A 5% sales tax will be charged to any sale shipped within the State of Massachusetts.

These items are consigned to this auction sale.

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Money Order, and Bank Checks. No personal checks will be accepted. Payment is expected upon notification of a successful bid.

Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller. You need to contact the auction house to answer any questions before bidding.
